The hotel has a good location. Not far from the old town. The rooms facing the sea have an amazing view! The staff is doing their best and they are very friendly. Indoor pool is a plus for children in the off season. Down sides are the thin walls, the astonishingly high prices in the restaurant and not a very clear communication what is included in half board. Overall I do recommend! I would rate 4.5 if this would be possible.

I came to lucky monkey for 7 days, I had surgery on the first day and all I can say is the staff couldn't do enough for me. The accommodation was 100%, the view from the room was spectacular. The room was spotless, anything I asked for was provided promptly with a smile. The restaurant was exceptional I feel it was like a big family, they are so nice and helpful. It's the service that really was the winner for me. One of the servers even went the pharmacy for me.. The food was delicious and the cocktails were the best. But the surrounding views would take your breath away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely come back.

This is an updated review after hotel management fixed issues we faced. We stayed at that hotel 2 nights, lady on reception was very nice. Last day coffee and fruit plate, along with service were great. In the rooms you will hear everything your neighbors do, and we had very noisy love birds. Spa is looking beautiful, below pictures of hammam. We spent half of the day enjoying there. The only issue makes guests feel bad is greedy man who works at this spa. Because he makes foreigners feel frustrated. And also he so rude.

It was an exceptional experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Elnur. Elnur's dedication to ensuring I felt welcome and comfortable is truly commendable. His attention to detail, friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay memorable. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean and well-appointed rooms, and a convenient location.

We chose this place over the Christmas holidays in the off season to enjoy the sea view and Hamam in case of bad weather. The weather was indeed good and we enjoyed the motorcycle we rented via the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located not too far from new and old town and directly at the water. The staff was very welcoming. We are particularly happy about our interactions with Deniz who was super accommodating.

We came for dental treatment needing a comfortable warm homely space to recover. We got exactly this, the welcoming almost family atmosphere was soothing and reassuring for our needs. A modern hotel with cozy comfort.

Ibrahim, Gamze & Adil, Ali in fact everyone was absolutely amazing. We have the most amazing room with panoramic sea views. The staff were amazingly helpful from the housekeeping to the restaurant with Memet & his team. The gentleman in the spa was very helpful too. Definitely coming back again.
